WHAT IS DOWNHILL REVOLUTION

First of all: what is Zorbing? Zorbing is a term that is clearly forming a definition of its own and for those, who really have not heard of Zorbing yet, here is what the Oxford Dictionary says: "Zorbing is a sport in which a participant is secured inside an inner capsule in a large, transparent ball which is then rolled along the ground or down hills".
Nice and precise description, indeed! But well, a picture says more than a thousand words - so you may as well just want to go to our gallery section and get the visual impression.

In the inner sphere are straps (harnesses) to keep the rider in place and enable him to experience the famous Downhill Spin. Variations include a strapless hydro ride where water is added for an experience somewhat like a water chute. This is the Downhill Spa and since it is most popular with young couples it is also called Honeymoon Ride.

The outer sphere has a diameter of over 3 metres, whereas the inner sphere’s size is about 2 metres - an air cushion of over 60 cm protects the riders inside. The two spheres are connected with a few hundred extremely strong ropes.
